From the primary Login screen, click on "Forgot Password?" below the Password entry field. A Forgot Password box will pop up on the iPad. Enter the email address used to log into Seatninja as well as your restaurant's phone number, then, press the blue Reset Password button.
A password reset link will be sent to the email address provided if it matches an authorized email address in the Seatninja system. Open the email and press the black "Reset Password" button. Enter in the new password and then enter it a second time. You can now log into the Seatninja Host app or the Seatninja Web Portal with your email address and this new password.
