The app is saying I have no internet connection.

You will need to go to the Settings app on your iPad. Check your Wi-Fi connection by pressing Wi-Fi and make sure that the Wi-Fi switch is on (green is visible on the switch). Also make sure that the Wi-Fi you are connected to has a blue check mark to the left of the Wi-Fi name, and that the signal strength is good (see the Wi-Fi fan symbol on the right next to the "i" with the circle around it.

To test your Wi-Fi connection and strength, open Safari and type "Speedtest" in the browser window. If you don't get a response, then your Wi-Fi is down. Please call your provider to resolve.  If you get a response, press the blue "Run Speed Test" button that appears in the search results. You will receive results from this test that will let you know how fast your internet speed is. If it is slow, this could affect the performance of the app.

If your iPad is equipped with cellular service (ie. LTE) through a carrier, disable your Wi-Fi by turning the switch off. The press the Cellular Data button just below the Wi-Fi button. Make sure the Cellular Data switch is turned on (green is visible on the switch) and check your Cellular Data Options to make sure the Enable LTE switch is turned on (green is visible on the switch) and that the Data Roaming switch is turned on (green is visible on the switch). Look at the top right of your iPad screen and make sure that the signal is strong (3 or 4 bars) and that LTE is showing.
