Section 27 - Restoring a Canceled Guest to the Wait List

Restoring a Guest that has been Cancelled or No Showed from the Wait List can be accomplished by following these steps:

1). From the Main Floor, press the Schedule button in the upper left hand corner.

2). Make sure the Schedule View is in Combined mode using the Eyeball icon at the top right.

2). In Schedule View, scroll down until you find the party (status will show either “Restaurant Cancelled”, ”User Cancelled”, “No Show” or “Walk Out”)

3). Double Tap the Guest. The Party Profile will appear.

4). Press the Green “Restore” button in the upper left hand corner.

5). The Guest Party will be returned to the Waitlist exactly as they were prior to to being removed.
