Inconsistent information on iPads running in a location is typically caused by one of two different conditions.
First, if the internet connection is unavailable, inconsistent or poor, data may not be delivered to each iPad consistently. Improving the connection will improve performance and data delivery.
Second, if the iPads are on different versions of the software, data can be shown differently. To confirm that all iPads are on the same version, press the user avatar in the upper right corner of the Main Floor view. Press Settings (this will take you to the iPad settings). Note the version and build. If these are not the same for all iPads in use, please update the iPads by going to the Apple App Store and select Updates.
