Analytical data, stack-ranked by location for a multi-location restaurant chain can be accessed by clicking on Analytics, and then clicking on Company. The time period of the data analyzed can be selected at the top right. Company data can be exported into various formats, including .csv, .xls, .pdf and more. Here is a summary of the data available:
1). Booking Method (Date Range) – shows how many parties booked at each location by using the SeatNinja Guest mobile app, by phone, by walking up, by using the online website, or by calling management. Percentages and percentages of the total are also provided.
2). Covers (Date Range) – shows the number of covers, tables and average party for each location.
3). Days Used (Date Range) - shows the number of days each location used the SeatNinja Host app.
4). Events (Date Range) – shows the number of birthdays, anniversaries, business meetings and call aheads for each location.
5). Meal Duration (Date Range) – shows the average actual meal duration, by party size, for each location.
6). Parties by Size (Date Range) – shows the number of parties by party size, and the corresponding percentages of each, by location as well as the percentage of the total for each location.
7). Parties Sat (Day by Day) - shows the number of parties and covers being sat every 15 minutes as well as the current occupancy every 15 minutes.
8). Reservation Status (Date Range) - shows the number of parties completed, no show parties, walk out parties as well as cancellations both by the restaurant staff and by the user.
