On the right hand panel, Party Flags are available to the Host for indicating party information. The are turned on by touching the desired Party Flag, some of which can be customized by management for a specific location's needs. To remove a party flag, the user simply touches the party flag a second time.
If this Guest has a Loyalty Member Number and the number appears in the Member Number box, the VIP Customer Party Flag with the Star will automatically be selected so long as the setting for this function has been turned on by management in the Seatninja Web Portal.
A Permanent Guest Note can be added by pressing the orange New Guest Note button. Permanent Notes entered and saved can only be edited in the Seatninja Web Portal. Permanent Notes will appear each time the guest visits the restaurant where the note was entered. Permanent Notes are time and date stamped with the entering user noted.
A Dining Note can be added by pressing the green New Dining Note button. Once Dining Notes are entered and saved, they cannot be changed. Dining Notes are time and date stamped with the entering user noted and are only visible for this singular visit.
