How can a Guest manage their Personal Data collected by SpotOn Reserve?

All Guest personal information collected by SpotOn Reserve is available for viewing, downloading, deleting, and in some cases, editing by the Guest. Here is how a Guest can access their Personal Data:

Step 1: Go to reserve.spoton.com on any browser using any computer or mobile device.

Step 2: Click on "Login" in the upper right corner.

Step 3: Enter your mobile phone number (SpotOn Reserve does not use email addresses for account access purposes).

Step 4: You will receive a verification number on your mobile phone. Enter that verification number in the box shown and click "verify".

Step 5: Click "Profile" in the upper right corner of the web page.

Once logged in, you have access to your entire profile. You can edit your profile, download your Visit history, view upcoming visits, or view past visits. You can also delete your account and all of its information by clicking on Edit Profile then clicking on the red Delete Account button.
